Returns
I – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days. This right can be exercised exclusively in Italian territory and only by natural persons, it is therefore not valid for customers who purchase with a VAT number. To exercise this right, the customer must send EDO Invest Srl a communication via e-mail to the address website@martini900.com within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
II – METHOD
Send within 14 working days of delivery of the goods, a communication stating your wish to withdraw from the contract to the e-mail address website@martini900.com. This communication must indicate that you intend to return and whether you want to proceed with the exchange of the size, color, item, model or desired refund via the same channel through which the payment was made. Both any shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of ordering (€7.90 per shipment in minimum volumes) and payment channel commissions (PayPal 4% or Credit Card 2%) will be deducted from the value of the refund.
Once the return request has been received, you will receive a written confirmation with all the information necessary to arrange the return shipment of the goods.
Shipping costs to return the goods are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
For return shipping we recommend using the original packaging so that all items are adequately protected during transport. It is important to remove the consignment note with which you received the package. The shipment of the return is under the responsibility of the customer, for this reason, we recommend insuring the shipment and using a secure means that gives the possibility of tracing the package, and keeping proof of shipment, in case of dispute.
The items requested in exchange must be of equal or greater value than the returned goods. Only one exchange of goods is foreseen for each authorized return.
Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
In the event of defective goods or errors in shipping due to us, we reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return and to bear the costs of the return shipment and the costs of any new shipment.
All returned items will be subject to inspection by us and must comply with the parameters listed in the returns procedure.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRES (LIMITATIONS)
For even partial use of the product or in the absence of its components (tags, accessories, labels and seals);
For damage to the product (adhesive tape, staples, etc.)
In such cases EDO Invest Srl will return the item to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
III – REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER
Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we will immediately make the refund through the same channels used for payment. The amount that will be credited will be that relating to the cost of the items purchased minus the transport costs incurred by the customer for receiving the goods and the commissions for payment by credit card 2% or PayPal 4%.
IV – QUALITY GUARANTEE
The satisfaction of our customers is our first objective and this is why we ensure assistance before, during and after the purchase by our qualified staff who will answer all your questions regarding the product or anything else.
After purchasing the product, in case of change of mind, it is possible to exchange the goods or refund the total amount paid.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The general conditions of sale are governed by Italian laws (Legislative Decree 114/98 "commerce code", Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 regarding electronic commerce and Legislative Decree 206/2005 regarding distance contracts and consumer code) as well as European directives such as EU 2011/83 (protection of consumer rights). In the event of a dispute, the Court of Rome has jurisdiction.
