HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have the option to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it via the return request page .
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery. The products must be in their original condition, with the original packaging and tags, unwashed and unworn.
ARE THERE ANY RETURN CHARGES?
Yes, returns are the customer's responsibility. The return shipping cost is €3.50 for an exchange or refund via in-store voucher, while it costs €6.50 for a refund via bank transfer or the original payment method. For countries outside Italy, the cost of returns is €8.90 regardless of the type of return chosen.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method, within 10 business days.
