HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You have the possibility to make a return or exchange within 14 days from the order delivery date via the return request page .

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 14 days of delivery. The products must be in their original condition, in the original packaging and label, unwashed and unworn.

No, the return is free , the return costs are at our expense.

HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method, within 10 business days.
